Third

      I have taught myself not to depend on other people's learning but to trust myself and what I am capable of doing. Patience. That is one thing that I have learned throughout this quarter.

     I had encountered a few challenges because it was not really that difficult to be in the computer lab. In making Web Pages I know what to do but sometimes my station is not in good condition.

       Moving on, I will continue to pursue my dreams by pushing myself to achieve my kind of success in which my parents would be proud of me.

Buon Natale

 Christmas for me is fun because this is the occasion for the Filipino Family to be together. This is also one of my favorite occasions because it is a day of loving each other.

          It is also the time when relatives and some of our people are still on vacation and are still visiting relatives even in distant places for them to enjoy and visit and to spend time with them. Christmas for me is a colorful occasion so many of our fellow Filipinos are restless if there is no Christmas decoration in their house.

     So by the month of October, many Christmas ornaments have been shipped to the warehouse or where they have wrapped their Christmas decorations so they can get lanterns, Christmas Tree

 and Christmas lights to hang them on their doors and in the windows of their home.

     For me Christmas day is a day of giving. With the simple gift we give to children, we can show our appreciation for the Christmas celebration. It is also a way to share the blessings we receive throughout the year.So many of our fellow Filipinos are starting to look for gifts to their loved ones and loved ones.

    Some are already saving money for Noche Buena and so they can provide something for their guests.This is proof that Christmas has a deeper meaning for our Filipinos.

For me Christmas is also important because it is the day of Jesus' birth.It is a true manifestation of how God loves us.

So Christmas is not just about giving gifts, decorating, parties or anything else.

Violencia

       IN 1994, more than a decade ago, our Congress enacted Republic Act No. 9262, which effectively creates

the way we treat domestic violence - especially how we can protect women and children from physical, emotional, psychological and economic abuse from their ex-spouse, boyfriend, and dating partners.

      According to this law, it recognizes that "gender-based violence is a form of discrimination that impedes women's ability to enjoy rights and freedoms based on men's equality."

   What remedies can women get from this law? The law is gender-specific - because they can only file actions against offenders, whether male or female. The law covers relationships - whether past or present, married, live-in, sexual or dating - this law provides remedies through a protection order in a civil action or in a criminal act , apart from criminal action for its violation.

It makes the process of obtaining a restraining order against offenders easier and faster by issuing protection orders from both the courts and village officials.

      In other words, this law allows for the issuance of three types of so-called "protection orders" from the barangay, a Temporary Protection Order, and a Permanent Protection Order. The "protection order" of the barangay is given by the village head or a barangay member.

       Today, we can say that despite the challenges and difficulties of proposing and enacting appropriate and effective laws for women, our country has become bold and steadfast and has taken a step toward ensuring gender equality. Today, we can be proud of the "VAWC" which protects and respects women's rights and promotes their rightful place as equal participants in nation building.

“Time spent among trees is never time wasted”

Environmental care is important. This should be neglegted. When it is not taken care of, the effects of floods, landslides, flashfloods, and many more can be harmful to our environment. 

Many places were flooded, and there were flashfloods and landslides. What do you think is the cause of this? One of these is the mismanagement of our environment. If we did'nt cut down the trees just to build a buldings, malls and etc., we wouldn't have floods, landslidees or flashfloods. Hopefully we can learn from the experiences that have made us miserable. 

The true protection of the environment is not to burn plastic and not to pollinate the forests, not to collect waste wherever the rotting and decaying plants, we should inhale a fresh air.

Time Machine

Childhood is the one of the best part in our life. Your childhood can't be formed without the experience of playing on the streets with your childhood friend. If you come home late for playing on the streets your parents will be getting mad of you. Nowadays many children playing their own gadgets in their home, they don't have a time to play outside game because they are addict now in playing their mobile games. They don't want to enjoy their childhood. It is impossible to bring back the past.

Childrens Month this is the month that all children in the world is free or happy and they will be enjoying their day with the theme of “Karapatang Paambata: Patuloy na Pahalagahan at Gampanan Tungo sa Magandang Kinabukasan”. In our school the SSG Officers are attended at the program and this program is they will try or experience what is the work of Governor, Head Teachers and many more. In this activity they experienced the hard of working or what is the feeling to be part of the office of Governor here in the Province of Ilocos Sur.

In this celebration, you will see the faces of the children wearing a good smile. I want to be child again. Being a children for me that is my freedom to do all what I want because now, they don't want me to have a freedom like everyday I always at the home. But I can do nothing, we only live ones.

Values Month

November is the month of “Values Month”. It aims to promote a broader understanding of Filipino unique and positive traits love of God and nation, strong family ties, caring for seniors, kindness, temperance, loyalty, friendliness, heroism, generosity, and with a strong sense of self-respect and dignity.

This month, we celebrate the Values Month with a theme of “Pamilyang Pilipino Patatagin: Susi sa Paghubog ng Kabataang Maka-diyos, Makatao, Makakalikasan at Makabansa”. In school there are so many activities that prepared by the Officer of ESP Club like Essay, Poster Making, Kite flying, Singing Contest, Parol Making and many more.

As a student, it is a good month because you will gain lessons by your mistake and also you will enjoy the Esp Month. And also you will gain good manners and attitude.

            October is the month we celebrate the AP month or the United Nations with the theme of “Indigenous Languages Matter for Sustainable Development Peace Building Reconciliation”. In school there’s a lot of activities like UN Quiz, Poster, Essay and etc.

           

United Nations (UN) was an international organization. It was established on 24 October 1945 in San Francisco as successor to League of Nations. UN Charter has four main purposes, which are to keep peace throughout the world, to develop friendly relations among nations, aids nations in terms of humanitarian and lastly, to become center of synchronization of the actions in achieving these goals. Even though UN peacekeeping do have rights to intervene its members state, it is guided by three principles which are, they can only intervene with the consent of parties in the related nation such as invitation by the government or leader. Secondly, they need to be impartial in maintaining peace as taking sides will only worsen the situation. Lastly, they should not use any means of force while self-defence and defence on the mandate are in exception.

      The secretary general of United Nations is Antonio Guterres. The current official and working languages of the United Nations are Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish. UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) encourages international peace and universal respect for human rights by promoting collaboration among nations.

            Second Quarter is one of the enjoyable grading. In this grading I learned how to make HTML or the Hypertext Mark-up Language and of course, the continuation of the making of my Blog.

In this grading, thee problem is when i don't know what to do on my activity and my classmates didn't want to help me in my activity because they are busy too in making their activity but i try to do it without the help of my classmates. Second Grading, I didn’t expect it! There’s a lot of requirements that we need to pass on time like Investigatory Project, Thematic Assessment, Summative Test and not enough days to discuss. I made it by my friends and classmates, we just need to cooperate and time management.

           

Moving on, I will continue to pursue my dreams by pushing myself to achieve my kind of success in which my parents would be proud of me.

My Teacher, My Hero

            Celebrating teacher's day is a special day for appreciation of our teachers. There are so many ways in celebrating or surprising our teacher like a simple surprise, give them a gift and of course great them (Teacher).

            Expressing our gratitude to our dearest teachers. Teachers are very also known as our second parent. Expressing our gratitude to them on how they handle, accept us despite of our behaviour. We can celebrate and surprise them to make them feel how they are really special.

            Teachers are really cool and amazing. The way how they teach us in their class. On how they can make us special and happy. My teacher is my hero. We are lucky to meet a teacher like them because they can kindly handle and accept our bad behaviours.

Intramurals S.Y 2019-2020

Intrams is a day we can enjoy and make our day happy and complete. In our high school life, our life being a high school student isn't complete without celebrating the intramurals. You can enjoy it by going to the booths in each building. You can also watch the games like; volleyball, sipa, badminton, basketball and etc. 

I enjoy my intramurals in this year even i am not a player but i am the one who in charge in the booth called Photobooth by: Arts and Photography Club. I enjoy it because it is my first time to experience the one who in charge in the said Booth. In previous years i didn't experience this because everyone knows that i am very shy. In the other we perform zumba after the Fun Bike sponsored by MAPEH. And i  really enjoy it even it so hot.

As a student I/we need to participate in all activities so that you show them what is your talent. Keeping in our mind that the school children bow will be rule the future soon, let us make sure that our learners learn, not just on survival mode.

Happy teachers build in a happy environment and mold happy learners. And if this happens, it will be more fun in schools, no children will be left behind and what a wonderful world it will be!! We should see to it that there is a return of investment on the way they learn and that they become lifelong learners, very much ready to conquer this world happiness in their thoughts, words and actions. We should always put GOD in the center of our life.

Ipinagdiriwang ang Buwan ng Wika sa

buwan ng Agosto na, may temang "WIKANG KATUTUBO: Tungo sa Isang Bansang Filipino". Ang wikang Filipino, na siyang pambansang wika sa Pilipinas ay ang wikang ginagamit sa lahat ng sulok ng bansa. Mahirap na isipin kung walang sariling wika na magiging daan upang magkabuklod-buklod ang mga hiwa-hiwalay na isla ng Pilipinas. Maaaring magdulot ng mga kaguluhan at hindi pagkakaunawaan.

Malinaw naman sa atin na ang wika ay isang mahalagang kasangkapan na ginagamit upang maiparating ang mga nasasaloob na ideya at ang damdamin ng isang tao. Hindi lamang ito isang paraan ng pakikipag-usap sa kapwa kundi ginagamit din ito upang makipagkaibigan, makipagtalakayan at maibahagi ang ating mga iba't ibang opinyon at kaisipan.

   

Ang wika din ay ang siyang sentro ng mga mamamayan upang maihugos sa kanilang pamahalaan ang kanilang hinaing. Fight for your Future

The learnings and discoveries that I gained in this first quarter are the lessons about Internet, History of Internet, Protocols, Search Engines and blog or how I create my own blogs.

I want to give up I say to myself but I wonder what will become of my future life without my education? But I was just against no one to give up.
I thought the 1st quarter was easy but it was hard. There's a lot of things that you should memorize like numbers, sentences and words. But there were my family, friends and classmates who were willing to help me during my difficult times. I am grateful that they are by my side when I need their help. I am also thankful to my teacher who teaches us and also serves as our second parent.

In 2nd Quarter i want to be honor student if i did not pass in the 1st Quarter, that is my goal as a student to have a honor, so that my parents will be proud and happy to me. Even though more quarters are coming I can do it because my family and God are always there for me. I must not give up because I am known to be brave. I just have to fight the pain and stress just for my good future. I know there are more lessons and gradings to come but, just fight no one to give up.

National Disaster Resilience Month

“Formerly called National Disaster Consciousness Month, the celebration was renamed to NDRM through and executive order No. 29 issued by President Rodrigo Duterte in June 28,2017.

            NDDRMC councils undertaking various activities relative about disaster resilience like Disaster Prevention and Disaster Preparedness. Our society does not rest in the hands of one person or government agency alone. It rests in our very hands, as we put them together on the concerted effort of building safer, adaptive and resilient communities. Let us keep on actively participating about disaster as well as engaged in DRRM activities in our localities, school and activity.

            This year’s National Disaster Resilience Month celebration carries the theme; “Kahandaan sa Sakuna’t  Peligro Para sa tunay na Pagbabago.” This event calls for action among national agencies and governments units to implement disaster campaigns toward the public awareness on the importance of DRRM.

Health is Wealth

In the month of July we celebrating the Nutrition Month in our country and the theme is “ Kumain Nang Wasto at Maging Aktibo push natin to”. This is important because it’s focuses on helping students like me to know the importance of proper and enough in our body. We need to eat nutritious food and a healthy diet to be a healthy person.

The theme of this year is that we need is learn to plant it so that in the next few days we will get enough nutrition. There are many ways in which we can plant a vegetables in our yards and vacant lot or plastic bottles that is limited to put land that can be tolerated. In our school there’s a lot of activities that connected in Nutrition Month like gardening. In that activity you will learn to plant vegetables, so you can try to plant also at your yard.

We don’t forget the other food that is also help us to maintain our healthy body. Having a healthy lifestyle is something all of us should have whether young or old. Beginning today, let’s be healthy, eat healthy and stay healthy. Being healthy is one of the best solution to live happy.

Letter to President

June 13,2019

 

Dear Mr. President,

This letter is inform you that I want to thanks and support all the things that you’ve done and what you still doing. I want to be our country will become a free drug. I know that this problem/issue is not easy to solve but Sir you said before that you hate drugs but until know there is so many people still using drug. If the police is not doing their job just like if they sleeping in the time or in their duty, I want to remove them or their position even if their position is high, if they not doing their job as well.

Mr. President I want you to fulfill what I want and the other students what they want or suggest. Have a great day and God bless as always Mr. President!

Philippine Independence Day

The 121^st Philippine Independence Day on June 12, the Philippines announces a series of celebration that will take place in the month of June. June 12 also is no government office and also no classes in all school. Independence Day also is a special public holiday throughout the Philippine. Declaration of their inherent light to have a freedom and independence. Aguinaldo Shrine where Emilio Aguinaldo declared the country’s independence.

In June 12 1896, this is the day that Emilio Aguinaldo raise our flag in Cavite. The day also of celebration of war and love varied throughout to our nations history. June 12 1898 is the proclamation of independence at the Cavite. We have to proud to what they’ve done to us just like a proclamation of the freedom of our country.

We don’t have to forget what our heroes done on our country. We should also not to forget that day or June 12 because this is the day that we celebrate public holidays. My insight this 121^st celebration of Independence Day is i should have to always put in my mind that day Is the freedom of our country.

No matter how hard the struggle is, i can always fight for it. A girl who can always shine even in her worst. Sunflower can always shine in many ways. A girl who can believe  in herself.
